Returns Policy

1. All purchases from the Hat Store have a red tag attached, please DO NOT REMOVE this tag unless you are happy with your purchase. We cannot accept any returns where this tag has been removed in full or in part. If the red tag has been removed or damaged in nay way we cannot issue any form of refund.

2. If you wish to return a purchase to On Your Head Be it, you (the buyer) are responsible for all postage costs and we highly recommend that you either use a signed for service or get a proof of return from your post office when you make a return.

3. All returns – All purchases must be packaged and returned in the same condition as it was sent and must returned to OnYourHeadBeIt within 3 working days of receipt to qualify for a full refund.

4. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method only.
